Are your products natural?

All of our products are natural and may contain some ingredients derived from natural ingredients. REVEL by Julian Lark products are manufactured in the USA in accordance with Good Manufacturing Procedure (GMP). We follow the recommendations of the FDA and our facilities are set up in accordance with PCPC Quality Assurance Guidelines. All formulas are in compliance with global requirements. None of our products are made from animals or tested on animals, and our maunifacturing facilities are listed as PETA safe. <3

 

Can I order wholesale?


Please email us at customerservice@Revelbyjl.com if you are interested in carrying any of our REVEL products in your store.

 

How long does shipping take?

We're a small brand with big dreams and we take your satisfaction seriously. Orders are processed within 1 business day and are usually shipped out on Monday, Wednesdays & Fridays. Order before 4pm/est on our shipping days and your package should be shipped same day!

In the event an item is ordered while on backorder, please allow an extra 7 business days for receipt of the items.

A Shipping Confirmation and Tracking Number will be provided to you via the email provided at the time of shipping. If we have failed to provide a Tracking Number, no sweat, contact us immediately at customerservice@revelbyjl.com (or our contact page) to receive yours. Please track your shipment as REVEL is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

REVEL is closed weekends and all major US Holidays, your orders will begin processing and shipped the following business day.

 

Can I return my order?


We will gladly accept exchanges only on Lip Stains and Lip Glosses within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused with seals intact.

We will not accept any exchanges not authorized by REVEL Cosmetics or that are unsealed and or used. We reserve the right not to accept an exchange for any reason. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. We do not give refunds or credits. All sales are final. Please email customerservice@Revelbyjl.com for any other questions or concerns. A representative will respond within 24-36 hours.

 

How do sales and preorders work?


When REVEL has sales, you can be the first to know by subscribing to become a REVELinsider by clicking the Log In/Sign Up button at the header or footer.

Please notice that orders placed during sales may take an extra 1-2 weeks before being shipped due to high volume. Normally orders will be shipped within 2 business days of sale's completion. Do not hesistate to contact us with questions about your sale order.

All items purchased during sales are final.

If an item is marked as "Preorder" or "Special Edition", the item is not currently available but will be normally within 7-10 days of post. Please allow up to 7-10 days after ordering to receive your shipping notification and tracking number for your order.
